7 Things to Know

1. Each Flex device has it's own monthly service fee.
Each Flex Aware is individually connected to the cellular network. This is what makes it so flexible. Your monthly service fee paid to All Aware covers these cellular connections.
Each Flex Aware has a built-in SIM card. You do not need to buy or manage this step. It comes ready to go out-of-the-box!
2. The total monthly service fee for all your Flex devices is billed as single charge.
If you have 3 active Flex devices on your subscription, they are billed as a single charge. You will not see 3 separate charges on your payment method. Simple is better.
3. Yes, it's true – you can cancel at any time.
You can cancel one or all devices from your active subscription at any time. You can cancel online without the need to call in or fill out a form.
Once cancelled, you won't be billed again for that device.
4. The All Aware app comes included.
The All Aware app is free and there is no annual membership to All Aware.
Any subscription you have is connected to the active Flex devices on your account.
You can add others to your app or alerts for free. There is no limit on the number of alerts either.
5. When you purchase, you prepay for your first full month of cellular service.
At checkout, you prepay for your first full month of cellular service.
Example: You purchase half-way through August. We would not charge you for August’s cellular service. We would charge you for September’s cellular service at checkout. Why? Because it would be your first full month of service.
Regardless of when you purchase, your devices will be ready to install and use immediately on arrival.
6. Your subscription renews on the 1st every month – and uses the payment method you used at checkout.
Your recurring monthly subscription pays for the upcoming month of cellular service.
Example: November 1st you are charged automatically for the cellular service during November.
If you cancel a device’s service any time during the month, the service remains active through the end of that month. You will not be billed on the 1st of the next month.
Note: You can change your payment method online at any time.
7. You can choose different cellular providers for each Flex you purchase.
Our customers often have scattered and distant properties. They monitor each with a Flex Aware.
Because these properties can be in different zip codes, we give you the option to choose between Verizon and AT&T for each Flex device you purchase.
This process is done immediately after checkout and takes less than 2 minutes.

With the help of Verizon or AT&T’s LTE cellular coverage, you can install your Flex Aware wherever you want, whether that's close to home, or far from it!
